By day, I manage an airport. By night (and weekends), I help people figure out where they're going and how to get there without overspending or ending up somewhere that looked better in photos.
Why Travel Agents Still Matter
Anyone can Google "best time to visit Portugal." What you can't Google is someone who knows that Lufthansa has a weird error fare window every spring, or that the boutique hotel in Seville has a secret rooftop bar that doesn't appear on any major booking site.
That's the gap I fill. I know the system, I watch the deals, and I've got relationships with operators and host agencies that give my clients access to rates and perks you won't find yourself.
